What is the book about?

It's about a little girl called Lily Tregenza who lives on a farm with her family in a seaside village of Slapton in WW2. Until soliders come to her village and tell the villagers to move out of their homes. But Lily's cat Tips decides she doesn't want to move so she went in the forbidden zone where they are training with real weapons and planes pratising landing. Lily decides she must go and look for Tips her self alone. Can she save her cat in the forbidden zone or will it be the end for Lily Tregenzas cat Adolphus Tips........

Who is your favourite character and why?

My favourite character is Lily because she is very very brave for having the guts to go in the forbidden zone and look for Tips her self. And she is very forgiving for being Billys friend again. And for forgiving her dad for moving out of their grandads very old worn out farm.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part of the book is where Adie (a solider) brings back Adolphus Tips from the forbidden zone safe and sound. And where Barry (her friend) moves in with her because Barry parents have moved out without him and he had absouloutely nowhere to live.

Give some reasons why someone else should read this book.

People should read this book because if you are learning about world war 2 then you can learn new facts. Plus you can learn about different soliders from different kind of couuntrys.

What is the book about?

Annes diary is about the last two years of her life, which are in hiding in the secret annex. She shares her feelings and emotions with Kitty (her diary) which is a present from her 13th birthday.

Write some interesting facts that you learnt.

I learnt that Anne was born on the 12th of June 1929 as well as there were 7 other people in hiding with her. There were lots of other facts as well.

Would you recommend it to someone else? Explain why.

Yes. Anne's diary is one of the best books of the century. It shares a young Jewish girls thoughts, feelings and problems in a way which makes you feel how she is at that moment.I think it is interesting and emotional for all ages.

What is the book about?

The book is about a 13 year old criminal master mind who is mind wiped by faires. All he needs is his memory back and help from one fairy dwarf.

Who is your favourite character and why?

Artimis's bodyguard,Domovoi butler,because he is very skilled and is always in the action.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part of the book is when a blue wash missile is fired at the house where Artemis is staying. His bodyguard butler has to use his quick thinking mind to find something soft for the landing. What do you think he uses? Read this book to find the answer.

Give some reasons why someone else should read this book.

It is good to read because it is a fun read in parts and is packed with action and adventure. Can the world be saved by dwarf gas? Read this book and you'll never need ask that question again.

My favourite character is Willie Wonker because he is very kind to Charlie and he is very funny.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part in the book is when Violet Bouragard, which is one of the golden ticket holder, eats some chewing gum meal and blows up into a blueberry.

You should read this book if you like chocolate but it's a very good book because it has a great story line and also has a nice ending.

What is the book about?

This book is about a boy called Robbie who got hit by a car. He slips into a coma and although he can think, he can't speak or move. His family try every possible thing they can think of to try and bring him out of this coma. But the situation is now critical. Can his family save him before the inevitable happens?

Who is your favourite character and why?

My favourite character is Robbie as he is extremly brave and never gives up even when the odds are piled up highly against him and he thinks he will never see his family and friends again.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part of the book is when Robbie's divorced parents get back together again because when he was run over they thought that it was their fault. Also I liked the part when Gianfranco Zola a Chelsie football star, ( Robbie's favourite player) comes to visit him trying to bring him out of his coma. Sadly he doesn't succeed.

Give some reasons why someone else should read this book.

I think you should read this book as it is wonderfully sad, very well written and it nearly made me cry. Anyone can enjoy this from 5-100.

Lief because he is wise and he carries the belt of Deltora. Nesvit and Stethen because Nesvit lives in side of Stethen and protects him.

What is your favourite part of the book?

In the middle when Nesvit is released and when Lief,Barda and Jasmin are chased by the Glus.

Because it is like a ginormous quest with lots of different creatures and it makes you want to read more. You will meet a new character in every book in the series.

The book is a second part of the famous Eragon series and this time , Eragon and Sophira travel to the land of the elves to start their training with magic and swordsmanship. Meanwhile cousin Roran must fight in the new battle. Can they win ?

Who is your favourite character and why?

My favourite character is Sophira (Eragons dragon ) because she cant talk with her mouth but with her mind,and she can only do that to Eragon. I thought that was interesting.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part is when Eragon and the elves were training with swordsmanship and magic.

Give some reasons why someone else should read this book.

I think people should read it if they like fantasy action and so they can compare it with the film.

My favourite character is Frankly because he's so funny and instead of saying telescope he's saying teleposcope and he always says things wrong!.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part of the book is when the space news guy says ""the ginormous caramel blob will be too high up to see it wkith a naked eye""and Frankly thought it was a joke a naked eye get it!!!

Give some reasons why someone else should read this book.

People should read it because it's like a comic, full of ad ventures,jokes and grate funny stuff also look out for big hair(the noughty girl)shes up to something very nasty to play her joke on Frankly and Watson.

What is the book about?

The book Hit and Run is fantasticly written and is about two boys called Michaeland John who are trying to deny the truth that they ran over an old man. Whilst this was happening Michael was having constant nightmares about the dead old man coming to scare him in a large car and trying to catch and run him over. In the end...well I'll let you find that out for yourself.(you should buy a copy !)

Who is your favourite character and why?

My favourite character is Michael because he is very brave and quick to deny that he ran the man over and John looks over him as an older brother.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part of this excellent book is when Michael and John want to go and run away so they don't get caught by the police. But what they dont realise is that the old man is actually a blown up version of a man .

Give some reasons why someone else should read this book.

I think someone else should read this book because it is well set out and is really easy to read. It also had a picture or two on each chapter.

My favourite character is Henry because the funny things he says actually makes you laugh.Another reason I like Henry is all the excellent ideas he has for trying to get his little brother in trouble big trouble.

My favourite part of the book is when Henry's cousin meets Henry in a very posh resturant.The disgusting part is when his cousin dares him to eat a snail but does Henry take that challenge against his cousin?

Someone should definitely read this book, it is really easy to understand and it is really funny. It makes your eye pop out.

What is the book about?

The book is about an average age boy who, when he was younger had modifications to his body. Later on he is assigned to a mission and he finds out a very important secret.Then an agency called NJ7 find out that he has found out the secret and they need him killed. NJ7 are chasing him all over the place like France to London, safehouse to safehouse. NJ7 are trying to find the slightest pieces of evidence of where they can find him. NJ7 find relatives and friends of Jimmy and hold them hostage. Jimmy needs to try and find the NJ7 agency within 2 hours otherwise the friends and relatives are no longer living.

Who is your favourite character and why?

My favourite character is Jimmy, the reason for this is because he is very talented and can do a lot of things such as fight like a 1st dan and cook like a professional chef. He is also as courageous as a lion.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part of the book is when a boy called Mitchell who is like Jimmy but a clone. So one day one of Jimmy's friend brings home Mitchell not knowing that he is working for NJ7. Jimmys friend, Mitchell and Jimmy both go out horse riding and Mitchell turns within seconds and makes a lasso and graples Jimmy to the floor!!!

Give some reasons why someone else should read this book.

Someone else should read this if they like action and thrillers .

My favourite character is Marks Great Gran because she would comfort anyone (mostly Mark) if she had to. Even though she's blind.

My favourite part of the book was when Mark dropped his pet worm in the muddy puddle and his best friend (Louise) ran away.

I think people who are scared of the dark should read this book,because Mark is but he dosn't let it bother him much and if it does he is brave and fight's it just like you should try and do. I would recomend this book to ages of children between 7-12 years.

What is the book about?

This is the 5th book in the series.The book is about Alex Rider,who is a teenage spy working for MI6. Alex later finds himself in a cell and is nearly drowned by a man called Nile. After a lucky escape Alex meets Nile again but this time Nile is nice and buys Alex lots of stuff, but is this a trick? Alex Rider is my favourite character because he is brave but he is also sly and funny and he now hates MI6.

What is your favourite part of the book?

My favourite part of the book is when Mrs Rothman gives an old man an briefcase full of scorpions.

I think that other people should read this book because its got loads of action,humour and adventure all rolled into 1 book.Its a total mixture,Its GREAT!!!
