"Camden Junior School is a good school with a strong sense of community and a 

happy purposeful atmosphere in which everyone is valued". OFSTED

Currently we accommodate 340, seven to eleven year olds.

The main school building dates from c1930 and we have an additional three 

class base which is home to Year 4.An additional temporary classroom building

is home to the school library. Within the main building we have an Information 

and Communications Suite which enables whole class ICT access for pupils.

The school field is situated a few minutes walk away from the school site. 

Years 3,4,5 have a swimming lesson each week for one term.

We work hard to give all children a broad and balanced curriculum which is

 enhanced by visits and visitors. Currently our extra curricular activities 

include: archery, art, chess, choir, creative writing, cross country running,

football and netball.
